The hotel is located in the heart of Asakusa, within a 5-7 minute walk of multiple metro stations, including the A1 Exit of Toei Asakusa Station and Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line. Ueno Station is a 5-minute train ride away, and both Haneda and Narita airports are accessible via direct train lines. Senso-ji Temple, the Nakamise shopping street, and a wide variety of restaurants and convenience stores are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Tokyo Skytree is a 10-minute taxi ride away, and Ginza is a 16-minute train ride. The neighbourhood is lively during the day and quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

All rooms are non-smoking and feature earth-tone carpeted floors, an en suite bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, and free toiletries. In-room amenities include air conditioning, a refrigerator, electric kettle, flat-screen TV with streaming services, a desk, and a wardrobe. Standard rooms are compact, which is typical for Tokyo; travellers with multiple large suitcases or three adults may find space tight. The New Building Twin rooms are slightly larger than the Standard Twin rooms. Rooms in the main building have centrally controlled air conditioning, while the new building offers individual operation. Some rooms provide city views including of Tokyo Skytree. No rooms have a balcony.

Breakfast is available at an additional charge (1320 JPY per person, increasing to 1540 JPY from October) and includes a choice of set menus served at either the European-style restaurant BOICHI or the Chinese restaurant Panda. BOICHI is open for breakfast and dinner daily from 06:30 to 22:30. Panda serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast options are limited to a set meal, so guests wanting a wider variety may prefer to explore the many nearby cafés and bakeries. In the evening, a free draft beer is offered daily in the lobby from 16:00 to 19:00.

Internet access is free of charge in all rooms. The 24-hour front desk offers luggage storage (free of charge) and can assist with parcel deliveries or forwarding luggage to the next hotel via the Yamato Takkyubin service. Laundry and dry cleaning are available at an additional charge; a coin laundry is located a 1-minute walk from the hotel. Massage services - including back, foot, full body, hand, head, and neck massage - are available for a surcharge. The hotel provides a trouser press and ironing service, and a microwave is available on the 1st floor. Vending machines for drinks are on site, and a safety deposit box is available at reception.
