The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office is 5 minutes on foot, Shinjuku Gyoen Park is a 15-minute walk, and Meiji Jingu Shrine is a 5-minute drive. The immediate area is well-served by convenience stores (Lawson is next door, 7-Eleven nearby) and numerous restaurants across the street. The West Exit area is notably quieter than the eastern Kabukicho side at night, providing a practical base for both business and leisure travellers.

A variety of room types are available: single, double, twin, twin comfort, and quadruple rooms. Some twin and quadruple rooms are spacious enough for families and allow two to four suitcases to be opened. The central air conditioning is a notable point - it is centrally controlled, and during autumn/winter the heating can make rooms uncomfortably hot and stuffy, requiring open windows. This creates noise issues for light sleepers. Rooms lack balconies but have carpeted floors, wardrobes, and flat-screen TVs with streaming services. Pillows are thin, though the reception offers a selection of pillow types. Some rooms include a massage chair.

Breakfast is available for 1800 JPY per person and consists of a preset menu: either a Japanese set (miso soup, grilled fish, rice, pickles) or a Western-style set (eggs, toast, salad). The meal is served in the adjacent Café le Voie, which also offers brunch and lunch. The café's cleanliness and ambiance have received mixed feedback. The hotel's other on-site restaurant, Hatago, operates in the evening and specializes in Japanese izakaya cuisine (small plates, grilled items, drinks).
