HAMPTON INN TROPICANA, Las Vegas

The hotel sits on Tropicana Avenue, making the Strip and major event venues accessible on foot. The walk to the Strip takes about 10-15 minutes, though ongoing road construction can make the route less direct and foot traffic more challenging. For getting around, ride-shares typically cost $10-$20, and the Deuce bus along the Strip is a practical option. Several fast-food restaurants and the Excalibur Casino are within walking distance. The area is practical for those attending events at Allegiant Stadium or T-Mobile Arena without wanting to stay directly on the Strip.

Guest rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a practical setup including a seating area and wardrobe. The bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, with good water pressure and free toiletries. Higher-floor rooms are quieter, while those near the front entrance may pick up more noise from the street or ongoing construction work. The rooms feature carpeted floors, air conditioning, and heating, though some air conditioning units can be noisy. For larger groups, family rooms with up to three beds and suites with kitchenettes are available. The hotel is also equipped with lifts and has accessible parking and facilities for guests with disabilities.

Breakfast runs from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekends and 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM on weekdays. The buffet includes a variety of hot and cold options, along with premium coffee and tea. The bar is open daily for specialty cocktails and light bites, and a snack shop offers grab-and-go items. Free coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day. Several fast-food restaurants are within a short walk, and the hotel is close to dining on the Strip. The breakfast team maintains a clean and well-stocked area, replenishing items promptly.

The pool area features a waterfall and a hot tub, making it a relaxing option after a day in Las Vegas. Sun loungers and both sunny and shaded spots are available. The fitness centre is modern and accessible 24 hours a day with a room key. Facilities are well-maintained, and the pool is heated to around 27 °C.

The hotel provides 24-hour security with CCTV and key card access throughout. Luggage storage is free and useful for early arrivals or late departures. Daily housekeeping can be requested, and a minimarket on site sells drinks and snacks. Laundry services, including dry cleaning, are available at an additional charge. Meeting and banquet facilities can be arranged. Express check-in/check-out is free, and an ATM is located on site. Free parking is currently offered, but standard rates may apply.
