While the neighborhood is not pedestrian-focused, the property itself feels safe and secure behind its perimeter fence and after-hours gate.

Accommodations are apartment-style units spread across low-rise two-story buildings. Each suite features a separate living area with a queen sofa bed, dining area, and a balcony or patio. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, range with oven, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are provided in every unit.
