Bed configurations vary: one-bedroom units offer two single beds (joinable as a double) plus a sofa bed in the living room; larger apartments have two or three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Some units feature a private terrace or balcony, with views of Palau Güell or the interior courtyard. Kitchens include a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, and cooking utensils; a washing machine is available in many apartments. Room sizes are generally functional for short stays, though some units feel compact. Street-facing apartments can be noisy, so light sleepers may prefer an interior room. Storage space (wardrobes/drawers) is limited in some apartments, so packing light and using the provided luggage lockers is practical. Towels and bed linen are included, but extra supplies may need to be requested.

Access is code-based: each apartment has a unique digital code, and the building entrance is also keyless. An elevator is available. Luggage can be stored securely in lockers until 17:30 on check-out day. The airport shuttle (approx. 39€ per group, bookable nearby) picks up directly from the airport. Housekeeping is not included during the stay; a final clean is done after check-out. Additional cleaning or replenishment (e.g., toilet supplies) must be requested separately. A minimarket is located on the ground floor of the building, and many restaurants and supermarkets are steps away. Business facilities (fax/photocopying) are available for an extra charge.
