The area is busy day and night, so rooms facing the street may pick up noise; interior courtyard rooms are quieter.

The bathroom layout is the main differentiator: the shower and toilet are open to the bedroom with no full door, which provides limited privacy and is better suited to couples. Room decor features bold colours (blue is common; request an alternative if preferred). Interior courtyard rooms are quieter, while street-side rooms offer views but more noise.
