The hotel sits in a quiet, practical pocket of Ginza, just steps from Shintomicho Station (Yurakucho Line). Tsukiji Fish Market is an easy 8-minute walk, and Ginza's main shopping district is about 15 minutes on foot. Tokyo Station is reachable in 13 minutes by train, and Haneda Airport is a 40-minute train ride away. For Narita Airport, the most straightforward route uses the Keisei Line connecting to the Asakusa Subway Line to Higashi-Ginza Station, about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Alternatively, an airport bus to Tokyo Station followed by a short taxi ride is also practical. The area is well served by convenience stores, a supermarket next door, and a variety of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet and safe, but the hotel is not directly on the main Ginza strip, so you will need to walk a few minutes for the most bustling shopping and dining. Parking is available on site for ¥3000 per day, but spaces cannot be reserved.

Rooms are functional and compact, a typical size for central Tokyo. Single rooms have a 140 cm bed, double rooms a 160 cm bed, and twin rooms have two 90 cm beds plus a sofa bed for a third person. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, slippers, and free toiletries. Standard double rooms have a window, but many rooms face a brick wall or have limited views. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning (activated by inserting the room key card), soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with YouTube casting, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a safe. An LG Styler clothes refresher is provided in each room, which some find useful for refreshing clothes but others consider a space waster in an already small room. Noise from the road or neighbouring rooms can be an issue, especially on lower floors. The rooms have no built-in wardrobe or dresser; hanging space is limited, so guests typically live out of their suitcases. Housekeeping is basic and may not include daily sheet changes or thorough bathroom cleaning; some rooms have shown signs of surface dusting and marks on walls. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are hard, which may not suit all sleepers. For a third person, the sofa bed is a thin, hard mattress on a base, resulting in very limited comfort and effective floor space reduced to a narrow footpath between beds.

Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00 (last order 09:30) in the hotel's lobby lounge area. The offering is a continental-style buffet: bread, pastries, cereal, yogurt with frozen fruit, miso soup, juice, milk, soy milk, and tea/coffee. There are no hot dishes like eggs or meat. The breakfast space is very small, with only about 10-15 seats (stools and a bench), so it often becomes crowded and many guests take their tray back to their room. Outside breakfast hours, the same lounge area provides free tea, coffee, juice, and cookies throughout the day. From 17:00 to 22:00, a complimentary happy hour offers alcoholic drinks, including whisky and liqueurs. A small restaurant is also on site (European cuisine, open for breakfast) but is the same space as the breakfast lounge. There is a wide selection of nearby restaurants and convenience stores within a 5-minute walk, offering Japanese and international options at various price points.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. For relaxation, there is a shared lounge/TV area on site. During summer months, a free shaved ice machine is available in the lobby, which is a popular feature. Guests can also borrow manga from a small library on the second floor. The immediate area is mainly residential and commercial, with Tsukiji Fish Market and Ginza's shops a short walk away, but there are no on-site wellness or sports facilities.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. The 24-hour front desk is unstaffed for check-in/out, which is done via a touch-screen kiosk; human staff are available by phone or from a back office for assistance. Luggage storage is available free of charge on the day of check-in and check-out; longer-term storage is ¥1000 per item per day. Luggage can also be sent to the hotel in advance (prepaid, under the reservation name). Pets are not allowed. A lift is available and the property is generally accessible, though the nearest metro station entrance (exit 4) does not have an escalator. Daily housekeeping is provided, but its quality has been described as superficial, with room surfaces and bathrooms not always thoroughly cleaned.
