The hotel is located in the city centre, 200 metres from Nitenmon Gate and 600 metres from Komagatado. Asakusa Station is a 6-minute walk away, served by the Ginza Line and Tobu Line. From Narita Airport, take the Keisei Narita Sky Access line directly to Asakusa; from Haneda, use the Keikyu line to Asakusa Station. The nearest exit with an elevator is Exit 1 of Asakusa Station (Ginza Line); the closest exit to the hotel is Exit 8. For Keikyu line arrivals, Exit A5 is nearest. The area is quiet for being so central, with a convenience store 1-2 minutes away and a wide selection of restaurants, shopping streets, and the Great Tokyo Air Raid Memorial Monument within a 5-minute walk.

The hotel offers double, twin, triple, and family rooms. Double rooms have a semi-double bed (140 cm wide) or a double bed (154 cm wide). Twin rooms have two single futons on tatami. Triple and family rooms include two or three beds, suitable for small groups. All rooms have carpeted floors, a seating area, and a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Pajamas and slippers are provided. The rooms are small - standard doubles can feel cramped for two travelers, especially if both have large suitcases. Luggage can be stored under the bed. Some rooms offer views of Sensoji Temple or Tokyo Skytree. The bathrooms are very compact; taller individuals may find the toilet and shower area tight. Air conditioning is individually controlled. The hotel also has interconnected rooms (adjoining), which can be requested but are not guaranteed.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or serve breakfast. A vending machine with drinks is located on the second floor. The lobby offers free coffee and tea 24 hours a day. There is no microwave or cooking facility, but a convenience store is a 1-2 minute walk away. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including Daikokuya Tempura (0.5 km), several eateries at 0.5 km (Kikko, Asakusa Kagetsudo Umamichi, Sushiyoshida), and a Don Quijote store for snacks and groceries.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in and inquiries. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in and after check-out (but not overnight for separate bookings).
