The walk from the station involves a slight uphill slope and a pedestrian bridge, which can be tiring with heavy luggage but is manageable. The area is packed with convenience stores (7-Eleven and Family Mart within 3-5 minutes), casual restaurants, and cafés. Despite being in one of Tokyo's busiest districts, the hotel's street is calm and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring.

Single rooms measure approximately 12-14 m2 with a semi-double bed (120 cm x 195 cm), while double rooms offer a 140 cm x 195 cm bed in the same footprint - suitable for one traveller, cosy for two. All rooms include air conditioning and heating (though the AC may be centrally switched off in winter), a fridge, work desk, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, electronic bidet toilet, and daily complimentary bottled water. Rooms have windows that can be opened, but no balcony. Storage is limited: two hangers on a wall hook and a small desk - no wardrobes or drawers.
