Public transport is well-connected: the Bukit Nanas monorail station is a 5-minute walk, and the MRT is nearby. A 24-hour supermarket is located next door, and a variety of street food and restaurants are within walking distance. The area is busy and centrally located, but using Grab or taxi is recommended for trips with young children.

The units range from one-bedroom suites to three-bedroom apartments, many with separate living and dining areas and a private entrance. For more comfort, request a room on a higher floor away from the elevator core and facing away from the road.

The 50th-floor restaurant offers an open buffet breakfast (90 MYR per person, 45 MYR per child) with continental, American, and Asian options. The restaurant also serves Chinese, Indian, Malaysian, and international dishes for brunch, lunch, dinner, high tea, and cocktails. The STYLE Restaurant provides further meal options, and Café iL Viso specialises in high tea. DEEPBLUE Restaurant & Bar serves dinner and cocktails daily from 17:00 to 00:00.
