HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS IRONDEQUOIT BY IHG, Rochester

The hotel is 4 km from Seneca Park, 5 km from Seabreeze Amusement Park, and 6 km from both George Eastman House and the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. Greater Rochester International Airport is 14 km away. Several dining options are within a short walk, including Starbucks (0.5 km), Taco Bell, and DiBella's (both 0.5 km). A Target shopping centre and multiple restaurants are also nearby. The area provides convenient highway access for driving to downtown Rochester and local hospitals.

Each room includes a work desk, TV, complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee-making facilities, ironing equipment, and a safe. Some rooms feature a sofa bed. Handicap-accessible rooms are available with roll-in showers, grab bars, and raised toilets. While many rooms have been renovated and are clean and comfortable, some units show wear - including older bathroom fixtures, occasional maintenance issues, and variable noise from hallways. Road-facing rooms may hear highway traffic, though many find the area quiet. It is advisable to request a room away from the elevator or on an upper floor if you prefer a quieter stay.

The breakfast buffet includes scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes (fresh from the machine), biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, and juices. Coffee is available throughout the morning. Breakfast runs from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM; arriving early ensures the fullest selection, as items may not be restocked in the last half hour. The dining area is spacious. For other meals, there is no on-site restaurant, but the surrounding area offers IHOP, McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, Starbucks, and more within walking distance or a short drive.

The fitness centre features cardio and strength equipment and is open 24 hours. The swimming pool is closed for renovation until further notice - please confirm availability if this amenity is important for your stay. No spa or wellness centre is offered on site.
