While not within walking distance of central tourist areas, the hotel sits above a small shopping plaza with a supermarket, 7-Eleven, bakery, and casual dining options (Café de Coral) on level 1. Taxis are readily available at the entrance.

Rooms are compact, reflecting the property's budget positioning, with functional layouts that include a desk area, wardrobe, and electric kettle. Harbour-facing rooms on upper floors are the strongest choice for atmosphere and natural light; road-facing rooms may be more prone to traffic and group noise. Triple and family rooms are available but space is tight for three adults. Some rooms show signs of age, including dated furnishings and occasional maintenance issues such as non-working phones or weak AC. Bed quality varies, with some mattresses described as very firm. Daily housekeeping focuses on towel and slipper replacement and bin emptying, with deep cleaning less consistent. Interconnecting rooms are offered for families.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant, bar, or room service. Breakfast is not included and cannot be ordered on site. For meals, guests can take the elevator to level 1, where a 7-Eleven (24-hour), a ParknShop supermarket, a Café de Coral, and a few other takeaway shops are located. For a wider choice, the nearby Rambler Oasis and other hotels within the complex offer dining options. The area is not rich in independent restaurants, so advance planning for dinner is recommended.

The outdoor swimming pool operates seasonally and its opening hours vary; a supplement (approximately HK$40 per session) may be charged. The pool is shared with other hotels in the Rambler complex and may require a brief walk from the main lobby.
