The hotel is a 7-10 minute walk from the Takanawa Exit of JR Shinagawa Station, which connects to Shinkansen bullet trains, the Yamanote Line, and the Keikyu Line for Haneda Airport (20-minute ride). Narita Airport is a 90-minute train journey. The uphill approach from the station can be strenuous with heavy luggage, making a taxi (about 500 JPY one-way) a practical alternative. Nearby, there are numerous restaurants and cafés, and a 7-Eleven is directly across the street. Shinagawa Station itself has a shopping centre and dining options. The area is business-oriented and relatively quiet at night.

Air-conditioned rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a desk, a fridge, and an electric kettle. En suite bathrooms include a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Nightwear, toothbrush sets, and slippers are provided. A trouser press and humidifier are available on request. Room types include twin, double, triple (with sofa bed), and quadruple rooms. Triple and quadruple rooms can be tight for three or four adults, with limited luggage space. Beds are comfortable but the fold-out sofa bed in triples is notably less comfortable than the main beds. Some rooms face a water tank or trees, offering no view. Soundproofing is generally effective, though corridor noise may be audible. Cleaning is daily and includes changing bed sheets and towels.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:30 as a buffet with Western options such as scrambled eggs, bread, soup, cereal, fruit, and drinks. Items like scrambled eggs and potatoes require a coupon. The breakfast menu is fixed and does not change daily, which may feel repetitive for longer stays. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant serves Tuscan Italian cuisine. Guests who prefer more variety can explore the many restaurants and cafés within a short walk of the hotel.
