The hotel is positioned between Akasaka Station (3 min), Akasaka-Mitsuke Station (4 min), and Tameike-Sanno Station (5 min), giving direct access to the Chiyoda, Ginza, and Marunouchi lines. Tokyo Tower is a 22-minute train ride away, and Tokyo Imperial Palace about 30 minutes via the Chiyoda Line. The surrounding neighbourhood is lively but not excessively noisy, with an abundance of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores (Family Mart, 7-Eleven) within a minute's walk. The area is walkable and well-connected, but reaching many tourist spots typically involves one or two train transfers. The hotel is a 50-minute journey from Haneda Airport and about 70-80 minutes from Narita via the Sky-liner and subway.

All rooms include a private bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The rooms are notably small-even by Tokyo standards-and the layout can be tight, with limited space for luggage. Twin rooms offer slightly more floor space than doubles and are recommended for those with suitcases. Windows are present but cannot be fully opened (maximum 20-25 cm), and many face a neighbouring wall, offering no view. Rooms are air-conditioned, but some have reported humidity or musty smells. Soundproofing is minimal, so noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms is common. A quiet room can be requested but is not guaranteed. The sink is located outside the bathroom in the main room. Daily housekeeping is provided. No balconies or connecting rooms are available.

Breakfast is served as a buffet with a mix of Japanese and Western options, including rice, eggs, miso soup, fish, bread, and hot drinks. It is a standard offering, with quality described as good and varied. For other meals, the hotel operates Restaurant #1 and a 9th-floor venue with a terrace and city views. An evening all-you-can-eat buffet and a rooftop lounge are available, though the lounge has been noted as adult-only after 19:00 and may charge a fee. There are also dozens of restaurants, bars, and takeaway options within a 5-minute walk, ranging from sushi to ramen.

The 9th-floor onsen features separate facilities for men and women, with a sauna (men's area reaches around 104°C) and hot soaking baths. The spa area also provides hair styling tools, hair oils, and other amenities. The onsen is free to use and open from early morning until late at night. Note that guests with tattoos are not permitted to use the onsen unless tattoos are covered. The hotel does not have a swimming pool or a dedicated spa centre. A terrace and rooftop seating area are available for leisure use. Bicycle rentals are offered for 200 JPY per hour, charged in 30-minute increments, up to a maximum of 24 hours.
