HOSTAL LOS CORONALES, Madrid

The guest house is 2 km from Barajas Airport and the IFEMA Trade Fair, making it ideal for transit or event visits. The area is safe and quiet, with Juan Carlos I Park nearby. Two metro stations (Line 5 Alameda de Osuna) are about a 20-minute walk - a tram or taxi is more practical for late arrivals. A supermarket and several restaurants (e.g., Os Ferreiros) are within 500 metres. The hotel's location is best suited for those with a car or using the airport shuttle; exploring central Madrid requires a 20-minute drive or metro/taxi combination.

The continental buffet breakfast (normally €8 per person) is not currently offered. The bar-cafeteria provides a limited selection; guests can also use the vending machines for drinks and snacks. For full meals, several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Os Ferreiros (Spanish cuisine) and Pizza Mascalzone. Supermarkets nearby allow self-catering, though no kitchen facilities are provided in rooms. There is no on-site restaurant, so plan accordingly for dinner.

The guest house offers a garden and a terrace for relaxation. For active leisure, a golf course is within 3 km and hiking is possible in the area. Juan Carlos I Park, a large green space, is adjacent and suitable for walks or jogging. There are no wellness facilities such as a spa, sauna, or fitness centre. The property is not a leisure destination but serves as a practical base for airport-transit or event-focused stays.

The property provides free Wi-Fi in all areas. The 24-hour reception can assist with tour desk services, luggage storage, and daily housekeeping. The free airport shuttle runs every hour on the hour, 24/7, but requires booking upon check-in and has limited capacity - only one suitcase per person. Private parking costs €15 per day and must be reserved in advance; a parking garage is also available. Accessibility features include a lift, lower bathroom sinks, toilets with grab rails, and wheelchair-accessible rooms. Safety is ensured with CCTV, security alarms, smoke alarms, and a safety deposit box. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are available. There is no restaurant, spa, or pool. Payment can be made with Visa, JCB, Red 6000, Maestro, or MasterCard.
