The Art Triangle museums (Prado, Thyssen, Reina Sofía) are a 15-minute walk. Callao Metro station (lines 3 and 5) is 100 metres away, and Gran Vía station (line 1) is 300 metres away, providing direct connections to the airport (50 minutes by metro) and to Atocha high-speed rail. The surrounding area is packed with shops, department stores, tapas bars, restaurants, cinemas, and theatres. Walking is the easiest way to see the city centre, though the metro is reliable for longer trips. Street noise from Gran Vía can be heard in front-facing rooms, especially late at night.

Rooms have been recently renovated with light, elegant décor and parquet flooring. All rooms include air conditioning, central heating, a safe, desk, telephone, and soundproof walls, though some users report that corridor and adjacent-room noise can still be audible.
