The property sits on a side street off Gran Vía, often called the Spanish Broadway, putting you within a short walk of the Royal Palace (300m), Plaza Mayor (750m), and countless restaurants and theatres. Santo Domingo metro station (line 2) is less than two minutes on foot, providing direct access to the city centre and connections from Barajas Airport via line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios and line 10 to Plaza España. The area is busy and touristy, with a large supermarket directly opposite and many cafés and eateries nearby. For those arriving by car, on-site parking is available at 30€ per night, but the central location means many attractions are easily reachable on foot or by metro.

Room options range from twin and family private rooms to 4-bed, 8-bed, and female-only dorms. Bunks in dorms include a reading light, USB port, personal shelf, and under-bed lockers; bed linen is provided. Private rooms add a TV, free toiletries, towels, and hairdryer. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower. The rooms are compact - especially the family room for four, which can feel cramped with luggage - and many are interior-facing, limiting natural light. The rooftop terrace offers outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and umbrellas, along with two hot tubs that operate seasonally (spring/summer) and may be closed for maintenance or during winter. There is no swimming pool or spa. On-site activities include a games room, evening entertainment with live music or DJ sets (free), walking tours, pub crawls, and happy hours - some at no charge, others for a fee.
