GOTIC BY THE 5VE SOUL, Barcelona

Standard and Deluxe apartments feature a private double bedroom and a semi-open space with bunk beds (two single beds), plus a sofa bed option. The Premium apartment offers two separate double bedrooms each with private bathrooms and measures 80-90 m2. The Duplex apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and terrace, with no shared spaces. All units include a private bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet, air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV with streaming services, safe, and ironing facilities. Kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, and cookware. Selected apartments feature a private terrace with outdoor shower. The building has a lift, though it is compact. Windows are double-glazed, and higher-floor apartments benefit from reduced street noise. Some units offer city or mountain views.

There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but each apartment has a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and cookware, making it easy to prepare your own meals. A welcome gift includes a bottle of wine, coffee capsules, tea, and water. The immediate surroundings offer a wide variety of dining options: Restaurante La Boqueria, My Way, and Temple Bar & Irish Pub are all 0.5 km away. La fonda, Viana, Rossini, Los Caracoles, and Colom are within a 5-minute walk. The Boqueria Market is a 3-minute walk, ideal for fresh local produce.

No shared wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, or gym are available. The property compensates with its central location: Sant Miquel Beach is 2 km away, and the surrounding area offers boating opportunities. The private terraces in Premium and Duplex apartments include an outdoor shower and dining area, providing a personal outdoor retreat with panoramic views of Barcelona's rooftops and, in some cases, the mountains.

Reception services include a concierge, private check-in/out, invoice provision, and a tour desk. Staff are on hand to assist with early bag drop-off and can store luggage after checkout until 16:30. A laundry service is available at a facility a 5-minute walk from the apartments; there is no washing machine or dryer in the units. The building features a lift, CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, key access, and safety deposit boxes. WiFi is free in all rooms. Baby safety gates, cots, high chairs, and video games are available for families. No pets are allowed, and the entire property is non-smoking. All apartments have a private entrance.
