HOTEL AL SANPIETRINO, Rome

The hotel occupies a third-floor apartment with lift access in a lively residential area. Ottaviano Metro (Line A) is a 5-minute walk away, providing direct connections to Termini Station in 15-20 minutes (6 stops) and to Rome's main sights. The area is packed with restaurants, cafés, and shops - at least eight eateries within 0.5 km, plus supermarkets. Walking to the Vatican Museums and Saint Peter's Square takes about 10-15 minutes. For those driving, free public parking is available on the street just outside the building, which is located outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), making parking practical and avoiding city-centre restrictions.

Breakfast is included in the rate and consists mainly of coffee (from a self-service machine) and a selection of fresh croissants and pastries. This continental-style offering is light and convenient for a quick start to the day. For those wanting a fuller breakfast, the neighbourhood has numerous bakeries, cafés, and restaurants - at least eight eateries within 0.5 km, serving everything from pizza and pasta to wine bars. The hotel does not have a full restaurant or bar, but the proximity of dining options makes evening meals easy to find.

Practical services include daily housekeeping (free), a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage (free). The property also offers a shared lounge/TV area. A paid shuttle service to/from Fiumicino Airport is available - contact reception to arrange (rates: €55 for 3 persons, €65 for 4 persons). Laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services are available at an additional charge. Business facilities include fax/photocopying (extra charge). Safety features include CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and key card access. The hotel is non-smoking throughout, but smoking is permitted just outside the building.
