The Colosseum and Roman Forum are a 10-minute walk in one direction, while the Opera House, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, and National Roman Museum are also within easy walking distance. The area around Termini has a variety of restaurants, shops, and wine bars. Public transport stops are nearby, providing quick access to all major attractions. The hotel is on a busy main street, but rooms facing the courtyard offer quieter conditions.

Room types include single, double (one double bed or two twins), triple (one single and one large double), and quadruple (two singles and one double). All rooms have private bathrooms, hypoallergenic bedding, and a desk. Some rooms are renovated and spacious, while others may show signs of wear. The lift is small and sometimes out of service, so the wide stairs are a practical alternative. Rooms facing the street can be noisy; internal courtyard rooms are quieter. The shower water pressure is low, and hot water can take several minutes to arrive. Mattresses and pillows are firm. There is no tea/coffee making equipment in the rooms, but a kettle is available from reception on request.

Breakfast is served in a small dining area on the 4th floor. The selection is basic and changes little from day to day: cold meats, cheese, packaged yogurt, croissants, and a coffee machine.
