The neighbourhood is lively at night yet the hotel's street remains quiet.

The hotel offers double, twin, and triple rooms, each featuring a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The bathrooms include a separate powder room area; the twin and triple rooms have a door between the powder room and sleeping area. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, though the unit can be loud - light sleepers may prefer a quieter setting. Rooms have a small balcony, a refrigerator, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and work desk. The twin configuration uses two single mattresses (90 cm wide) placed on a shared platform, which may feel like one large bed. Triple rooms have two mattresses (one double 140 cm wide and one single) with a third bed in a lounge alcove, leaving limited floor space. Some rooms on the ground floor have a city view but may be adjacent to staff areas. Bedding is feather-based. Rooms are generally clean and well-maintained, though a few wear signs such as peeling wallpaper or loose fixtures.

A well-equipped shared kitchen on the ground floor provides a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, and utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
