The property is ideally placed for walking to major attractions: Cathedral of Barcelona (600 m), Passeig de Gracia (800 m), and Plaça Reial (500 m) are all within a short stroll. Somorrostro Beach is 2 km away, and Barcelona El Prat Airport is 15 km away, reachable by metro from Liceu station (just around the corner). The surrounding El Raval area offers a lively mix of restaurants and shops, but the street can feel less safe late at night; the guesthouse itself is on a quieter street. Free luggage storage at reception allows you to explore the city unencumbered before check-in or after check-out.

Accommodation options include single, double, twin, triple, and superior double rooms. Many rooms feature a private balcony or terrace-facing windows. Superior double rooms include a fridge, television, and hairdryer. Single rooms are interior-facing without an exterior window. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, towels, and toiletries. The rooms are small, best suited for short stays where you plan to spend most of your time out. The walls are thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridor can be an issue, particularly for light sleepers. Daily housekeeping is included, and rooms are cleaned while you are out. Hairdryers and irons are available on request from reception.

The breakfast includes bread, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, good coffee, and hot drinks. There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but a vending machine for drinks is available. The surrounding area, especially around La Rambla and Plaça Reial, offers many dining options for lunch and dinner. A shared fridge is available on the terrace area for guests to store their own food.

The fourth-floor roof terrace provides seating and a pleasant space for relaxing, though it can be very hot during the day. The guesthouse does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre.

The reception is staffed 24 hours a day, allowing for late check-in and providing a secure environment. Free luggage storage is available for early arrivals or after check-out. Daily housekeeping includes towel changes and room tidying. A lift is present after the first flight of stairs. Safety deposit boxes are available at reception for a €20 refundable deposit.
