The hotel sits in a residential area that is lively with shops, bakeries, and restaurants by day and calm by night. Charles Michels (line 10) and Dupleix (line 6) stations are 3-5 minutes' walk, reaching Champs-Élysées, Montparnasse, and Roland Garros within 15 minutes. RER C provides direct access to Versailles and Musée d'Orsay. A bus line from the hotel serves the Parc des Expositions at Porte de Versailles. Grocery stores, cafés, and a laundromat are just around the corner. The neighbourhood feels safe even late in the evening, and multiple metro lines make it easy to reach both tourist attractions and business areas without a car.

Classic double rooms are 13 m2 with a King-size or two twin beds, a private shower, hairdryer, flat-screen TV with Canal+ and satellite channels, air conditioning, and a safe. Six larger rooms add a bathtub and roof-garden views. The family suite connects two adjoining bedrooms (one with shower, one with bath) for up to four people - ideal for families. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, a direct telephone line, and soundproofed walls that block outside noise; however, some internal noise from upper-floor bathrooms and hallway activity is occasionally noticeable. Bedding is consistently described as very comfortable, and cleaning is daily. Parquet floors replace carpet, improving cleanliness for allergy sufferers. No balconies exist. Kettles and irons are available from reception on request. Note that the air-conditioning is centrally controlled; if the setting feels too warm, speak with reception promptly - especially during hot spells.

Breakfast includes bread, pastries, butter, jam, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, and hot drinks - a straightforward continental selection. It is available at an additional cost (not included in all rates) and can be paid on site. The breakfast room itself has a cosy, historic atmosphere with exposed stone walls. For those who prefer a lighter or earlier start, numerous bakeries and cafés are within a 2-minute walk. The hotel does not operate a restaurant for lunch or dinner. The bar, Le Pavillon, is reserved for hotel guests around the clock, offering a curated selection of whiskies along with cocktails and soft drinks in an intimate lounge setting.

The 24-hour front desk can arrange the airport shuttle for a fee (request after booking) and holds luggage before check-in and after check-out free of charge. Express check-in/out is available. A concierge provides sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The lift serves all six floors. Business travellers can use the meeting/seminar room for up to 12 people (fee applies) and fax/photocopying (free). Daily housekeeping is included; dry cleaning is available for an extra charge.
