Opéra Bastille is 700 m away, Centre Pompidou 900 m, and Notre-Dame is within a 15-minute walk. Three Metro lines (1, 5, 8) meet at Bastille station, and bus services stop at Place des Vosges and Boulevard Beaumarchais. Vélib' bike stations and Autolib' car-sharing points are a few minutes away. The area is walkable to the Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum, designer boutiques, art galleries, and many cafés and bistros. Charles de Gaulle Airport is a fixed 53 € taxi ride; Orly Airport is 14 km away.

Single rooms on the 5th floor have a small balcony but are accessed via stairs from the 4th floor lift. The Twin offers the most generous space and is the only room type that fits two adults with luggage comfortably. Double rooms are compact for a city-centre hotel. Road-facing rooms can be noisy, while courtyard rooms may lack natural light and ventilation. No tea/coffee-making facilities are provided in rooms; a common Nespresso machine and free hot drinks are available in the ground-floor lounge from 16:00.

The breakfast is served by a dedicated staff member and includes fresh orange or grapefruit juice, a hot drink, pastries from a local baker (croissant, brioche, cake of the day), fat-free farm yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, and Parisian ham. Options are continental/buffet style; there are no cooked items such as eggs or bacon.
