The hotel is situated in a green residential area of Rome, directly opposite the main entrance of Policlinico Gemelli. For longer journeys, Roma Termini is a short train connection away. The neighbourhood is well served by trains and buses, making car-free exploration feasible. Several casual dining options, including Burger King and Tavola Calda Policlinico, are within a 0.5 km walk. Extra beds and cots are not available.

The breakfast buffet includes pastries, yoghurt, fresh fruit, hot drinks, and gluten-free options. It is served in the lobby and can become busy; cost is €5 per person.
