The hotel sits in a central diplomatic and business district, a 7-10 minute walk from Roppongi Station (Hibiya and Ōedo lines) and slightly closer to Roppongi-itchome Station. Haneda Airport is roughly 40 minutes away by train; Narita Airport takes about 2 hours via the Keisei and Hibiya lines. The immediate neighbourhood is well-served by convenience stores, restaurants (several within a 5-minute walk), and the Don Quijote retail store. Tokyo Tower, Azabudai Hills and Shiba Park are within a 15-minute walk, while Shibuya requires a single transfer and about 20 minutes of travel time.

Rooms are efficient but very compact-single rooms suit one traveller well, while double and twin setups can feel cramped for two or for those with large suitcases. Storage is primarily under the bed. All rooms include a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet and toiletries. Standard decoration is functional and clean, though some carpets may show wear. Rooms facing the road can pick up traffic noise; higher floors facing the back or Tokyo Tower are quieter and offer better views. Ventilation relies on air conditioning; units may default to heating seasonally and windows open only a few centimetres.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, hot drinks, and a selection of Japanese dishes. It offers limited variety and the food is often lukewarm. The dinner restaurant, Sakura Roppongi, is open in the evening. Given the buffet's cost and limitations, many find better value and more choice at the numerous cafés and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including bakeries, ramen shops, and Thai cuisine. No children's menu options are available at breakfast.

The onsen is separated by gender, open from early morning until late at night (until 2:00), and is free for hotel guests. It includes both indoor and open-air baths with city views. The rooftop outdoor pool operates only in summer (approximately July to early September) and requires a per-person hourly fee (¥2000-¥3,000). Use of the onsen and pool is not allowed for guests with visible tattoos unless they can be fully covered. A full-body massage service is available for an additional charge.

Check-in is fully automated via kiosks; staff are available on site for assistance. Luggage storage is allowed only on the check-in and check-out days. Coin-operated washing machines (4 units for the entire hotel) are on the 18th floor; the washer-dryer function is inefficient, often leaving clothes damp, and queues form during peak hours. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, security, lifts, and a designated smoking area. Electronic key cards control access. Express check-in/out is free. The trouser press is free; fax/photocopying incurs a fee. Baby cots are not available, and pets are not allowed.
