Barclays Center is 5 km away, and John F. Kennedy International Airport is 11 km from the hotel. The immediate area includes a 7-Eleven, a park, and numerous dining options such as Daddy Green's Pizza and A&A Bake and Double and Roti Shop, all within a 5-minute walk. However, Atlantic Avenue is a major thoroughfare with significant traffic and siren noise, and crossing the street can be challenging. The elevated train runs frequently, and noise from the tracks is a constant factor.

The double rooms are equipped with a private bathroom featuring a shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a private entrance, and heating. Some rooms include a dining area. However, the rooms are compact and lack storage space, with no closets or drawers for luggage. The windows do not open to let in fresh air, and the light-blocking curtains are present. The overall build quality is basic, with thin walls and limited sound isolation. The external noise from the elevated train and the street is a major factor, and rooms facing the front are significantly affected. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are clean.
