The Q66 bus stops directly outside the hotel. LaGuardia Airport is 6 km away, JFK is 14 km, and Citi Field is 5 km from the property. The immediate neighbourhood is basic, with several pizzerias and a cafe within a 5-minute walk. Jackson Heights, with its Asian and South Asian restaurants and shops, is an 18-20 minute walk away.

Rooms vary from standard double rooms to suites. Standard king rooms have no microwave or fridge. King rooms with a kitchenette include a microwave, small fridge, electric kettle, and an induction cooker for simple boiling (not frying). The kitchenette units lack pans, dishes, and utensils. The double rooms offer city or quiet street views. All rooms have a desk, wardrobe, safe, and parquet floors. The building has a lift. Some rooms have a bathtub. While room sizes are generous for New York, some rooms feel dated and have minor cosmetic wear. Road-facing rooms may experience traffic noise.
