Nippori Station serves the JR Yamanote Line, Keisei Line, and the Skyliner express to Narita Airport (36 minutes). Haneda Airport is 35 minutes away by train. The neighbourhood is quiet yet convenient: a 24-hour Japanese restaurant is across the street, a 7-Eleven is a 30-second walk, and a Family Mart is a few minutes further. Ueno Park is a 15-minute walk, and the Ameyoko shopping street is a 15-minute train ride. Several dining options (ramen, yakitori, soba) are within 300 metres. The walk from the station is mostly flat and well-lit at night.

Both double and twin rooms are available, each with a comfortable bed (or two single beds), flat-screen TV, safe, electric kettle, and carpeted flooring. The en suite bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary DHC toiletries. Room size is compact but well laid out, with under-bed luggage storage. Some rooms have been recently renovated and feel fresh; others may show signs of the ongoing renovation. Additional pillows, ironing equipment, and kitchenware can be borrowed from the front desk.

Breakfast options can be selected during booking if included with your rate. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but the immediate neighbourhood compensates: a 24-hour Japanese diner across the street, a Torikizoku yakitori chain, noodle shops, and barbecue restaurants - all within a five-minute walk. Convenience stores (7-Eleven, Family Mart) and a supermarket are nearby for quick meals. The in-room kitchenette with microwave and stovetop allows you to prepare simple meals using groceries.
