Munich Airport is 35 km away; public transport takes about 45 minutes via U6 and S-Bahn. Parking is €9/day on site with EV charging available.

Room types include single (minibar only), double/twin (inner courtyard or quiet street view), suite (two bedrooms, separate living area, max 4 adults, can accommodate a small child in parent bed), and apartments (with kitchenette). All have walk-in showers, hairdryers, and soundproofing in select rooms. Standard rooms lack air conditioning and rely on fans; opening windows is possible but may bring road noise. Rooms are well cleaned daily, though some furnishings are basic. The duplex suite has an inner courtyard view but no balcony furniture. For summer stays, booking a third-floor room with AC is highly recommended.
