Walkability is strong - the Bell Centre, train station, and major downtown attractions are all within 10-20 minutes on foot. Adjacent to the hotel is an area that some may find less inviting at night, but the immediate surroundings remain well-connected and practical for daytime exploration.

Room types range from standard double rooms and one-bedroom suites to spacious loft-style accommodations. Many rooms offer panoramic city views through floor-to-ceiling windows.
