Walking to the Disneyland entrance takes about 15 minutes; a slightly quicker route is to the Toy Story parking lot for the free Disney shuttle. The Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) bus stops outside the hotel every 20 minutes ($6 all-day pass). A CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks, and several restaurants (including IHOP and Mexican eateries) are within a 5-minute walk. The ARTIC train station is a 9-minute drive away; LAX is best reached via Uber, Lyft, or SuperShuttle.

Standard rooms are equipped with two queen beds, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, flat-screen TV with HBO, and a private balcony. Family Suites contain a king bed, bunk beds, and a pull-out sofa bed in a separate area, ideal for larger groups. The 2-bedroom suite includes two bathrooms, a living room with French doors, and is quite spacious. While room sizes are generous and clean, the furnishings and carpet show significant wear; some guests have noted stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, and non-working outlets. Air conditioning is effective but can be noisy. Road-facing rooms may be affected by traffic noise from Katella Avenue until late. The property is older and better suited to families who plan to spend most of their time at the parks.

No breakfast is served on-site. The lobby has vending machines with drinks and snacks, and coffee is available in the morning (from 7am). The surrounding area provides abundant dining possibilities, including IHOP, Blaze Pizza, Sabrosada Fresh Mexican Food, Subway, and several other cafes and fast-food restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Guests can also order from Uber Eats or DoorDash; deliveries are left at the front desk. The pool and spa are generally clean and well-maintained, though the hot tub can occasionally need a deeper clean. Board games and strollers are available on request.
