The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Hamburg Main Station and a 5-minute walk from the U-Bahn, providing direct connections to Hamburg Airport (8 km away) and the city centre. Mönckeberg shopping street is 700 metres away, and the Rathaus (Town Hall) is a 15-minute walk. The immediate area includes several restaurants and a supermarket within 500 metres. For car users, the hotel sits next to a main road with constant traffic noise; rooms facing the street may be less suitable for light sleepers.

Double rooms are compact and functional, featuring a desk, satellite TV, air conditioning, soundproof walls, and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Triple rooms replace the desk with a sofa bed, which some find cramped for three adults. Rooms have carpeted floors, an open wardrobe, and limited storage. Road-facing rooms experience significant traffic noise; inner-courtyard rooms are quieter. Air-conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted independently, and room ventilation is limited. Basic amenities such as a kettle, minibar, or safe are not provided. A connecting door between rooms is available in some configurations.

A rich breakfast buffet is served each morning for €19 per person, including hot options (scrambled eggs, bacon), cold cuts, pastries, waffle maker, fresh fruit, and hot drinks.
