IBIS HONG KONG NORTH POINT, Hong Kong

The hotel is 3 km from Causeway Bay, 4 km from the Convention Centre, and 5 km from Tsim Sha Tsui and Central. The A11 airport bus stops directly outside, and the tram, ferry to Kowloon, and multiple bus routes are within a 5-minute walk. The neighbourhood is a local residential and commercial area with cheap eateries, convenience stores, and laundromats in every direction. A large shopping mall is directly opposite, and the waterfront promenade is a short stroll away. This is a very well-connected location for budget travellers, with no need for a car - parking is not available anyway.

Breakfast is available for an additional charge of 88 HKD and offers a basic buffet of continental, Asian, and American items, including hot dishes. The quality and variety are considered limited; those wanting a more extensive or higher-quality meal will find many cafés, bakeries, and local restaurants within a 300-metre walk. The restaurant also serves lunch but dinner is no longer offered. A coffee shop on site sells drinks and snacks. There is a children's menu available, though the property is adults only.

The 24-hour reception can assist with day trips, currency exchange, and express check-in/check-out. Luggage storage is free and can be used for several hours after check-out. Laundry is charged per item and is handled by the hotel. The business centre offers fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet facilities for an additional charge. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, key card access, and in-room safes. The hotel has a lift, air conditioning throughout, and is designated as non-smoking. Guests with limited mobility should request a room on a lower floor near the ground level.
