HOTEL JEDERMANN, Munich

The hotel is located in central Munich, about 10 minutes on foot from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and the Hackerbrücke coach terminal (ZOB), which serves FlixBus and other long-distance buses. Tram lines 18 and 19 stop directly outside, providing connections to the city centre (Marienplatz) in two stops and to other districts. Theresienwiese, home to Oktoberfest, is about a 10-minute walk away. The Messe München exhibition centre can be reached in 20 minutes via U-Bahn line U2 from the main station. For driving, the Mittlerer Ring ring road provides access from all major highways, but parking is paid and located off-site (public parking nearby at €12/day). While the surrounding street can be busy, the hotel's tram stop and short walk to the station make car-free exploration straightforward. Many restaurants, supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl), and a variety of cuisines (German, Italian, Turkish, Vietnamese) are within a 10-minute walk. The old town is a 20-25 minute walk, or a short tram ride.

All rooms feature carpeted floors, satellite TV, radio, a wardrobe, and a telephone with answering machine. Superior rooms add LED lighting (some colour-changing), electronic safety deposit boxes, USB docking stations, and many have air conditioning (extra charge in some categories). Many Standard rooms also have double-glazed windows and some face the quieter courtyard. Family rooms with interconnecting doors can accommodate up to 6 people, and baby cots, high chairs, and toys are available on request. Basic category rooms include only a washbasin - toilet and shower are shared on the corridor (shared with up to 6 other rooms) and do not include TV or Wi-Fi. Most rooms are non-smoking, with a small number of smoking rooms available in the Standard category on one floor. The hotel has an elevator to all floors. Cots cost €12; additional beds range from €15-30. Kettles are available on request. Rooms facing Bayerstrasse can experience traffic and tram noise; a courtyard-facing room is recommended for lighter sleepers.

Breakfast hours are Monday-Friday 6:00-10:00 and Saturday-Sunday and public holidays 6:00-11:00, offering a selection of fruit juices, cereals, German quark (curd cheese), yoghurt, seasonal fruit, cold meat cuts, ham, cheese, salads, egg dishes, crispy rolls, and German bread. Coffee, tea, infusions, hot chocolate, and milk are prepared fresh. Gluten-free bread is available on request. The hotel has a bar serving Augustiner beer, German wines, sparkling wine, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and classic longdrinks at reasonable prices, open in the evenings. Since the hotel has no restaurant, meals can be ordered through reception for delivery. A small sitting area with books, magazines, newspapers (German and English), free Wi-Fi, and a TV is available. For a full meal, many restaurants are within a few minutes' walk.

Wellness amenities are not available at this property. There is no swimming pool, spa, sauna, or fitness centre. For relaxation, the hotel offers a bar area where guests can enjoy drinks and light snacks, and a small lounge with reading materials, a TV, and free Wi-Fi. The courtyard provides a quiet space for a short break.
