The hotel is located in central Munich, about 10 minutes on foot from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and the Hackerbrücke coach terminal (ZOB), which serves FlixBus and other long-distance buses. Tram lines 18 and 19 stop directly outside, providing connections to the city centre (Marienplatz) in two stops and to other districts. Theresienwiese, home to Oktoberfest, is about a 10-minute walk away. The Messe München exhibition centre can be reached in 20 minutes via U-Bahn line U2 from the main station. For driving, the Mittlerer Ring ring road provides access from all major highways, but parking is paid and located off-site (public parking nearby at €12/day). While the surrounding street can be busy, the hotel's tram stop and short walk to the station make car-free exploration straightforward. Many restaurants, supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl), and a variety of cuisines (German, Italian, Turkish, Vietnamese) are within a 10-minute walk. The old town is a 20-25 minute walk, or a short tram ride.
