Plymouth Rock, the Mayflower II, Burial Hill, and the Jenny Grist Mill are all within a 5-minute walk. Restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops line the streets just outside the door. The waterfront and town pier are a short stroll away. Free private parking is available on site with no reservation needed, making car access simple. Downtown Boston, Cape Cod, and Newport are within a 1-hour drive, ideal for day trips. The nearest beach is Plymouth Long Beach, a 5-7 minute drive.

The inn offers 80 guest rooms across several categories. Superior and Deluxe rooms feature two queen beds and have been recently redesigned; Deluxe rooms are on the third floor. Carver King rooms offer one king bed with views of Brewster Gardens, located on the front of the third floor. Fireplace Suites are two-room suites with a king or queen bed, a dual-sided fireplace, two 42-inch televisions, and an oversized whirlpool tub. Four-Poster rooms include a king or queen four-poster bed and a reading area. Rooms include mini fridges, coffee makers, 55-inch TVs, air conditioning, and heating. Bathrooms are private but can be small; some rooms have barn-style sliding doors that do not seal tightly. Closet space is limited, with few hangers. Sound insulation between rooms is thin, so hall and neighbouring noise may be audible. No rooms have balconies or water views.

CJ's Bar & Grille operates on site, serving breakfast from 07:00, along with lunch and dinner in a casual setting. The bar features a fire-fountain, local craft beers, specialty drinks, homemade pizzas, appetizers, and sandwiches. Guest room dining is available via the room service menu. Special diet menus can be requested. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Note that the restaurant may be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, or during renovation periods-confirm before your stay. A complimentary continental breakfast (coffee, pastries, yogurt, fruit) is set up in the lobby daily from 07:00 to 10:00. Several restaurants and cafes are also within a 2-minute walk.

The Pilgrim Cove Indoor Theme Pool is a standout feature, complete with lap lanes, a replica of the Mayflower, an 24.4 m water slide, waterfalls, and a large whirlpool set in a replica of Plymouth Rock. The pool is open daily: 08:00-21:00 Sunday-Thursday, 08:00-22:00 Friday-Saturday, with a cleaning closure from 13:00-14:00. The water slide operates only when a lifeguard is on duty (typically afternoons and evenings). The hot tub is for adults aged 16 and over; its temperature can vary and may occasionally be out of service. A sauna is adjacent to the pool. The fitness centre (06:00-22:00) contains treadmills, an exercise bike, and free weights. The full-service spa offers a wide range of treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, and pedicures. Spa hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 09:00-17:00. An on-site arcade and board games provide additional entertainment for children.
