All of downtown Newport - shops, restaurants, the wharfs, Bowens Wharf, International Tennis Hall of Fame, and the Cliff Walk - is within a 5 to 10-minute walk. On-street parking is scarce, but the Inn's own free lot (21 spaces) is an advantage if you can secure a spot. Once parked, the car is generally not needed for the duration of the stay. The quiet street location provides a restful base while keeping you steps from the city's energy.
