The hotel sits on Main Street, a short walk from Surf Drive Beach (4-minute drive) and Falmouth Heights Beach (2 km). The Shining Sea Bikeway is 4 km away, offering scenic cycling. The Island Queen ferry dock is 0.5 km away, making day trips to Martha's Vineyard easy. Public transportation, Uber, or walking can reach nearby beaches. Martha's Vineyard Airport is 29 km away. Free on-site parking is available for all types of vehicles, including trailers and buses.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, blackout blinds, and free Wi-Fi. The family suite (Two Queen beds plus a separate bunk bed room) sleeps up to 6 (2 adults and up to 4 children) and includes a bathtub. Some rooms have a single sofa chair. Pet-friendly rooms were previously available but are currently not offered. All rooms are non-smoking. The property is wheelchair accessible with ADA-compliant rooms. Rollaway beds can be added to certain rooms (one per room).

Breakfast includes continental items such as bagels, muffins, cereal, and coffee. While the breakfast is complimentary, it is a simple, self-serve affair. The Vine restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, serving Italian cuisine. Additionally, a bar/lounge area is available for drinks. For alternative dining, numerous restaurants and cafés are within walking distance on Main Street.

The indoor pool is heated and saltwater, with towels provided. The adjacent sauna is available for relaxation. A games room offers arcade and table games. The hotel provides access to outdoor activities such as golf (within 3 km), cycling, hiking, and beach outings. The pool area includes sun loungers and chairs. Note: the hot tub is currently not operational.

Parking is free and private, with no reservation needed, and accommodates vehicles of all sizes including trailers. Wi-Fi is complimentary in all areas. The 24-hour front desk provides assistance; language translation may be limited. A business center with fax/photocopying is free to use. Laundry facilities (washer/dryer) are available. Vending machines offer snacks and drinks. Accessible parking, entrances, and ADA-compliant rooms are provided. Wheelchair access via side doors with ramp. Service animals are welcome.
