St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Kärntner Straße and Graben shopping streets, the State Opera, the Albertina, and the Hofburg are all a short walk away. The U1 and U3 Stephansplatz underground station is a 5-minute walk, and the U4 Schwedenplatz station is 3 minutes away, providing direct connections to the main train station and the airport. The airport bus stops at Schwedenplatz, also a 5-minute walk. Numerous restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes on foot. The area is very safe and well-connected, making car use unnecessary for most visitors.

Room sizes range from singles (12 m2) to doubles (small ~15 m2, medium ~20 m2, large ~25 m2) and triples. All rooms feature a private bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, safe, desk, free Wi-Fi, and blackout curtains. The suites offer more space: the Madame Rosa Suite includes a sofa bed suitable for two children or adults, while the Dom Suite and Christiane Hörbiger Suite have two rooms. Some rooms are on the top floor accessible only by stairs. Several rooms overlook a small courtyard which can be noisy from rainwater pipes; street-facing rooms may hear morning delivery noise. Most rooms do not have a minibar, but cold and hot drinks are available at the reception 24/7. The hotel uses traditional keys.

Breakfast is included in the room price for most bookings and features a selection of breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cereals. A self-service coffee machine is available. Hot and cold beverages, as well as snacks, can be ordered from reception for in-room delivery (2-9 PM) or enjoyed in the lounge or on the summer roof terrace. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the front desk can recommend and reserve tables at the many excellent dining options within a short walk, including traditional Viennese pubs and starred restaurants. Complimentary tea and coffee are available in the lobby throughout the day.

The terrace is furnished and serves as a lounge during warm months, ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Newspapers and magazines are available in the lobby and lounge. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the City Bike Wien network stations at Stephansplatz, Hoher Markt, and Schwedenplatz, and bicycles can be stored in the locked inner courtyard free of charge.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with ticket reservations for opera, concerts, and theatre, as well as provide taxi orders and local recommendations. Express check-in/out is offered.
