The hotel sits in a peaceful street of the 8th district, a short walk from the Ringstraße and major sights: Hofburg Palace, Burgtheater, MuseumsQuartier, Natural History and Art History Museums are all within 10-20 minutes on foot. Tram line 2 stops nearby, connecting to the city centre in 4 minutes. The area is lined with restaurants, cafés, bistros, and a supermarket. The Naschmarkt market is about 20 minutes away by tram. For business travellers, the Hofburg Congress Centre is a few minutes' walk, and Austria Center Vienna is a 30-minute metro ride.

Standard Single (13 m2) and Standard Double (18 m2) face a quiet courtyard, with wooden floors, flat-screen TV, desk, and safe. Premium rooms are larger (23 m2) with modern furnishings; the Premium Single has a queen-size bed. Superior Double with Balcony (20 m2) offers a large balcony overlooking the garden. Executive Double (25 m2) adds individually controlled air conditioning and soundproof windows. Deluxe Double (30 m2) accommodates up to 4 people and includes a bath or shower, sofa, and minibar. Two private apartments (40 m2) feature a kitchenette, separate toilet, and a living/sleeping area; Apartment Ferdinand has a heated conservatory. All rooms are non-smoking, and some have tea/coffee facilities. Rooms facing the street can be noisier; garden-side rooms are recommended for light sleepers.

Breakfast includes fresh pastries, bread rolls, scrambled eggs, cold meats, cheese, jams, fruits, yoghurt, muesli, fruit salad, and a choice of juices. An espresso machine and a tea menu with selections from Teekanne are available. Prosecco is also offered. The breakfast room is in the basement and can feel crowded during peak hours. For other meals, the hotel has no restaurant, but the 24-hour bar serves coffee and drinks. The surrounding streets offer many dining options, from traditional Viennese Heurigen to Italian and Persian cuisine within walking distance.
