The Opera metro station is a one-minute walk, giving direct access across the city and to Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport (14 km away - a 30 € fixed-rate taxi ride). The area is packed with bars, restaurants, and shopping streets; Mercado de San Miguel is within a few minutes' walk. For those driving, a nearby public car park costs 30 € per day.
