The apartments sit on Colom Street, immediately adjacent to Plaça Reial and metres from La Rambla. Boqueria Market is a 4-minute walk; the Barcelona Cathedral is 8 minutes away. Plaça de Catalunya, the Picasso Museum, and the Gothic Quarter are within 1 km. A metro station is a short walk down La Rambla, providing direct access to the rest of the city and to Barcelona El Prat Airport (13 km). The immediate area is lively at night; closing the windows and shutters effectively reduces street noise for a comfortable sleep.

Each apartment includes one separate bedroom with a double bed (single beds are not available), a living room, and a bathroom with shower. The larger apartment (45 m2) has two small balconies; the smaller (38 m2) has no balcony but the same street views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware - suitable for cooking meals. Additional amenities include a washing machine, ironing facilities, air conditioning, heating, parquet floors, and a flat-screen TV. The smaller apartment is quieter as it sits one floor above the larger one, reducing street noise. Storage is generous with large wardrobes.

Guests can prepare their own meals using the stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware. A well-stocked kitchen includes basics such as tea, salt, and oil. The location is surrounded by restaurants: Les Quinze Nits (0.5 km), Los Caracoles (0.5 km), La Fonda (0.5 km), Bar Canete (0.5 km), and several others within a 5-minute walk.
