B&B Zunderdorp is situated in the heart of Waterland, 8 km from the A'DAM Lookout and 27 km from Schiphol Airport. The surrounding countryside offers grazing sheep, wild birds, and easy access to the Dutch farm landscape. By bike, the Noord metro station is a 10-15 minute ride (with a direct 2-stop connection to Amsterdam Central), while the free ferry from NDSM to Central Station is a 20-minute cycle away. The P+R Noord park-and-ride is a 5-minute drive and offers €1 daily parking when you use a validated metro ticket - a cost-effective way to reach the city centre. Nearby villages such as Durgerdam and Volendam are easily reachable by bicycle.

Rooms are self-contained studio-style apartments, each featuring a private entrance, soundproofed walls, parquet floors, and large windows overlooking the garden or fields. All units include a private bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, and ironing facilities; a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and cookware; a dining area; a seating area with flat-screen TV (cable channels); and tea and coffee making facilities. Bed configurations vary: studios offer one queen-size bed plus a sofa bed (140x200 cm), while the gypsy wagon has a queen-size bed and a bunk bed (90x200 cm) - all within a single room area. Rooms are designed for a maximum of 4 people, with the sleeping sofa or bunk bed suitable for children or adults of average height (the top bunk can feel warm for taller individuals). Selected ground-floor rooms avoid stairs.

Each morning, a full continental breakfast is provided: fresh bread, pastries, cheese, cold meats, yogurt, fresh juice, milk, and coffee/tea capsules. The standout element is the self-harvest of fresh eggs directly from the chicken coop - an interactive experience. All breakfast ingredients are replenished daily in the room's refrigerator, allowing guests to prepare breakfast at their own pace. The breakfast is a standard continental selection and cannot accommodate special dietary requests (e.g., gluten-free or vegan). For those who prefer a cooked or more varied meal, the property's kitchen is fully equipped for self-cooking, and several restaurants are a short bike ride away in central Amsterdam or the nearby village.

Wellness and leisure revolve around the natural surroundings: guests have access to a garden, terrace, and picnic area with outdoor furniture overlooking fields and farm animals (donkeys, goats, cows, chickens). Board games and puzzles are available for indoor family entertainment. On-site bicycle rental allows exploration of the Waterland countryside, including scenic canal routes and the nearby villages of Durgerdam and Volendam. Off-site canoeing and a golf course (within 3 km) are also accessible. There is no swimming pool, spa, gym, or sauna on-site.
