LANDMARK INN ON THE RIVER SEVIERVILLE, Sevierville

Room types include double rooms and suites, all featuring a private balcony with pool or river views. 90% of rooms have individual back balconies with river views; economy and accessible rooms do not have a balcony. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker, and a refrigerator. No microwaves are available in rooms. Some rooms offer a seating area or separate bedrooms (deluxe double rooms have two rooms with separate TVs). Bathrooms are functional but can be compact; some showers are small. Pillows are limited - two per bed - so bringing an extra pillow is recommended. Rooms are air-conditioned and generally well-maintained, though the property is older and some furniture shows wear.

The pool is a seasonal outdoor facility available from 8am to 10pm. It includes a shallow end, pool cover, fence, and sun loungers; pool towels are provided. There is no indoor pool or spa tub. Fishing is free on site, and a golf course is within 3 km (additional charge). The rear of the property provides direct access to the river and a paved walking trail, where ducks and geese are often seen. This area is popular for relaxing and wildlife viewing, adding leisure value beyond the pool.
