Bus routes run along nearby Ludgate Hill. Popular landmarks such as the Sky Garden, the Savoy Theatre, and the Lyceum Theatre are all within easy walking distance. London City Airport is 12 km away. The street has pubs and restaurants, but ground-floor rooms facing the road can experience noise from delivery trucks and late-night pub crowds.

The property offers studios and one- or two-bedroom apartments, each with a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, a washer-dryer, and a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Studios are compact but well laid out, with a dining table and comfortable beds. Two-bedroom apartments come with two bathrooms. Lightwell studios have a window that opens onto an internal shaft with no external view or natural daylight; rooms on higher floors tend to be quieter and brighter. Some ground-floor rooms have large street-facing windows that limit privacy when the blinds are open.
