The apartment sits on the edge of central Seville, about 1 km from Palacio de las Dueñas and a 19-minute walk from Isla Mágica. The Royal Alcázar of Seville is 4 km away. The neighbourhood is calm and less touristy, with several tapas bars, restaurants, and a supermarket within walking distance. Walking to the cathedral or Plaza de España takes around 20-40 minutes. Taxis and Ubers are easy to find and cost €5-€10 to the centre. Seville Airport is 9 km away - reachable by taxi or bus. The area is safe and quiet, especially at the back of the building away from the street.

The apartments feature a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for up to four people. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, a tea and coffee maker, and a coffee machine. Bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Floor plans vary - some rooms are duplexes (stairs between the living area and bedroom), while others are open-plan. Rooms on the ground floor (especially Suite Antonio) can be dark and noisy, with windows facing an internal courtyard or a shared corridor. Higher-floor and penthouse apartments have more natural light and are quieter. The Penthouse apartment offers a private terrace with a jacuzzi.

The communal rooftop pool is open all year, daily until 10 pm. It is a compact, shallow pool (more for cooling off than lap swimming) and is shared among apartments.
