The apartment occupies a quiet street within one of Garbatella's historic housing blocks, offering a residential feel well away from tourist crowds. Metro Line B (Garbatella station, about 500 m / 7 min on foot) connects directly to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Termini station and Ostiense train station (20 min walk also an option). Several bus stops within a couple of minutes provide routes to Rome Ciampino Airport (13 km) and other parts of the city. The area is dense with local pizzerias, casual Italian restaurants, bars and a supermarket, all within a 5-minute radius, making daily errands and meals easy without needing to go far.

Two configurations are available: a holiday home with one separate bedroom, a living area, a dining table, a private bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, hairdryer); or a spacious studio that combines the sleeping and living areas but still includes a private bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Both units have air conditioning (serving the bedroom), double-glazed windows and shutters for noise and light control, heating, a flat-screen TV and garden views. The bed is a double, with an additional single sofa bed in some units. The property has a lift. Windows face the garden, and the renovated fittings keep the space fresh, clean and quiet for restful sleep.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included or available from the property. The apartment's kitchenette (refrigerator, stovetop, dining table) is suitable for preparing your own meals. The immediate streets of Garbatella offer a wide choice of dining, including Pizzeria Er Panonto, Settegarba, O' Masto 3 Al Vesuvio, 568 Public House Garbatella, and several cafés and Italian street-food spots - nearly all within a 3-5-minute walk, making it easy to eat locally without tourist prices. For bigger grocery runs, a supermarket is also nearby.

Wellness and structured leisure facilities are not present, but the apartment's garden-facing windows and private outdoor space (where available) offer a calm spot to unwind. The surrounding Garbatella neighbourhood itself is a leisure asset - designed in the 1920s with distinctive low-rise buildings, courtyards and stairways, it is pleasant for walks. Several local bars and pizzerias stay open late, making it easy to enjoy a casual evening drink or meal outdoors. For more active leisure, the metro provides quick access to central Rome's parks and cultural sites.
