For those arriving by air, Milan Linate Airport is 11 km away, and a paid shuttle service can be arranged. The location is well-regarded for its quietness despite the urban setting, though some construction is ongoing nearby which will improve the view once completed.

The space is described as clean, warm, and spacious enough for a week-long stay, with modern decor and ample storage.

Guests can prepare their own meals using the stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and provided cookware, making it easy to cater for themselves. A grocery store is also nearby for stocking up on essentials. There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service.

This apartment does not have a pool, spa, or gym on-site, but the modern CityLife district includes public green spaces and pedestrian-friendly areas ideal for walking or jogging. The balcony and terrace provide a private outdoor space to enjoy the view and fresh air, particularly pleasant in the summer months. For more extensive leisure activities, Milan's city centre and its cultural attractions, including The Last Supper and Santa Maria delle Grazie, are easily reachable via the nearby metro.

High-speed Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Guests benefit from a private check-in and check-out process at the apartment, plus a concierge service.
