The hotel is in the historic Habsburg district of central Madrid, placing you within a 5-minute walk of Puerta del Sol and 3 minutes from Plaza Mayor. Thyssen-Bornemisza and Prado museums are 15 minutes away on foot, as is Retiro Park. Atocha train station is 15 minutes walking or 3 stops on Metro Line 1 from Tirso de Molina station, which is just 2 minutes from the hotel. The area offers a wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants within a 15-minute walk, including Botin, Museo del Jamon, and Rosi La Loca Taberna. Carrefour and other late-opening supermarkets are around the corner. The street location is quiet, and 24-hour reception with a locked door at 22:00 adds a sense of security. Construction on the road can cause minor walking inconvenience, but the overall walkability to all major sights is excellent.

Rooms are converted from a former textile warehouse, giving them a sleek, minimalist feel. Each room is soundproofed and includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Room types vary: some rooms have interior or exterior positions; others are on the ground floor next to the lobby. The rooms are compact and described as basic - some have the washbasin inside the bedroom, and the shower may have a glass panel with a privacy curtain. Several reports indicate that road-facing rooms and rooms near the lobby/breakfast area can experience noise; rooms on the 4th floor are quieter. The TV is not a smart TV. There is no in-room kettle or fridge, but a microwave and shared fridge are available in the common area. Rooms are cleaned daily on request. Comfort can vary; mattresses have been described as either comfortable or very firm, and some room features may feel dated or in need of maintenance.

Breakfast is served as a continental buffet in the "Help Yourself" zone. Hours are Monday to Friday 07:30-11:00, weekends and holidays 08:00-11:30. An earlier breakfast can be arranged by asking at reception the day before, subject to availability.
