The hotel is on Calle Castillejos, steps from the modernist Sant Pau Hospital and a 10-minute walk down Avinguda Gaudí to the Sagrada Familia. The Sant Pau-Dos de Maig metro station (L5) is a 2-minute walk, providing direct rail to the city centre in about 10 minutes. A bus stop is right outside. The area is lively with shops, cafés, and restaurants lining Avinguda Gaudí. Nearby landmarks include Parc Güell (2 km), the Monumental bullring (1 km), and La Pedrera (2 km). From the airport, a taxi costs 40-45 € and takes around 45 minutes; alternatively, take the Aerobus to Plaça de Catalunya then bus 47, or metro L9 to Collblanc and change to L5.

Room types include singles (90x190 cm bed, some with street-facing balcony) and doubles (135x190 cm or two singles 90x190 cm). All rooms have a private shower (no bathtubs), hairdryer, free safe, iron, coffee/tea maker, flat-screen TV, telephone, and tiled floors. Some doubles include a balcony, free mini-bar, and bidet. The electricity is controlled by the keycard, so energy is cut when the card is removed. Noise from street traffic and internal hallways is common, especially in street-facing rooms and connecting rooms. Some ground-floor rooms have no natural light from an interior courtyard. Beds on rollers may shift easily, and some report uncomfortable pillows. Rooms are generally small but cleaned daily with fresh towels and restocked water, tea, and coffee. A lift serves most floors, though three rooms (002, 601, 602) require stairs.

Guests can choose room-only or add breakfast at 10 € per person per day. Breakfast is not always served (availability may vary), but when offered it is typically a continental buffet. For other meals, there is no on-site restaurant or bar. The surrounding streets are lined with cafés, bakeries, and restaurants offering a range of cuisines, from tapas to international options, many within a short walk. A minifridge and electric kettle are provided in each room for self-catering.

The rooftop sun terrace offers outdoor seating for relaxing or enjoying the weather. There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre on the property.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in, queries, and luggage storage (before check-in and after checkout on departure day). Daily housekeeping includes towel changes and restocking of water, tea, and coffee. Wi-Fi is free throughout. The tour desk offers bicycle and car rental arrangements.
